"MURDER IN DEALEY PLAZA"- A BOOK REVIEW
NEW FOR SEPTEMBER 2000: Vince's review of "Murder in Dealey Plaza", the new book by James Fetzer, Ph.D., offers some reasons why he considers it one of the all-time BEST books on the JFK assassination. The various sections of the book are looked at from the perspective of an unbiased but seasoned researcher, and one whose work is an important part of the book's content!

NOTES ON BILL GREER
Secret Service Agent Bill Greer has been a fascinating and controversial figure for JFK researchers through the years. As the driver of JFK's limo that day in Dallas, he was in a key position -- a man whose actions have raised several important questions. Here, Vince comments on some rare recorded interview tapes of Greer himself, and we get to know a little more about what he saw and what he thought afterward.

THE MYSTERY OF JFK's MOTORCYCLE ESCORT
In unprecedented detail, the author lays out all the available testimony and evidence from various sources regarding the changes made in the motorycycle escort for Kennedy's motorcade in Dallas (which were in contrast to the prior Texas stops and earlier trips as well). The reader will see just how the president's security was stripped if not severely compromised on November 22. And, once again, it seems it is the Secret Service that bears the burden of responsibility.
BORING'S INTERESTING ARRB INTERVIEW
Believe it or not, the federal government finally got around to interviewing arguably the most important Secret Service agent connected to President Kennedy's Texas trip: the Assassination Records Review Board spoke to Floyd Boring in depth. Through an exhaustive analysis of what the former agent said compared to what the record reveals, the reader will see glaring contradictions and culpability on the part of this former top JFK agent. Indeed, Boring is quite interesting.
GEMS FROM THE 26 VOLUMES
In a refreshing change of pace, Vince offers some often-overlooked tidbits from the Warren Commission volumes, with quotes and citations intact. The William Walthers teletype, General Willoughby, agents in the Plaza, Will Fritz' men out of the motorcade, Triple overpass security, the first "alterationist", a strange Oswald photo and many more items that are not always mentioned in JFK case literature, but are more than serious food for thought.
